Ringo Starr has been all over the place lately singing his “Liverpool” song. Now, I’ve always liked Ringo… though I’ve never met the man, I’ve picture him as a friendly sort of guy. But this song… this song… it’s… junk. I like the sentiment, but it is just not good. It tries to be George Harrison’s 1980s song “When We Was Fab”, but doesn’t measure up.

Everyone has bills to pay and I hope it sells millions of copies.
