The NCAA Basketball Tournament

One of the greatest yearly events in a sportsfan’s life is the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament. Almost every sports fan fills out at least one bracket every year, trying to predict not only the winner of the whole thing, but also each and every one of the first and second round upsets. This year’s tournament has been a fabulous one for anyone who loves the upsets. Only one region has four of the higher seeds making it to the finals (a 1, 2, 3, and 5 seed are making it). Upsets are popular with the American sports fan, and this year fed into their desires. More on the specific upsets later.
