Here is a look at a couple of music releases from last fall that deserve another look. This just goes to show that the old guys can still play pretty good.
The Eagles
Long Road Out Of Eden
This is a great double album of all new material. The first release off the album was “How Long” which sounded exactly like what a modern Eagles song should sound like it.
John Fogerty
Revival
Fogerty is a treasure as far as songwriters go. The first release “Don’t You Wish It Was True” could be a Creedence Clearwater Revival song from years ago. A very nice piece of work.
Just a couple recommendations for those who just can’t embrace today’s music so readily.
