Halloween is fast approaching and we just bought our 4-year-old’s Halloween costume. He loves a TV show called “Little Einsteins”, walks around the hous singing songs from it all the time. There was a series of DVDs we bought when he was younger that is designed for infants and toddlers called Baby Einstein. It showed hand puppets and other colorful objects while classical music played in the background. Well, now that he is older he is on the Little Einsteins kick. The kids in Little Einstein are older and is an animated “spin-off” of the Baby Einstein show. It shows these toddler age and somewhat older kids riding around in “rocket” and being helpful to things like caterpillars and birds, all set to classical music and featuring famous works of art.

It got me wondering… what’s next? Teen Einsteins? Teenagers use classical music to thwart gangs and drug dealers. When will it stop.

Okay, anyway… he is dressing up as “Rocket” and is pretty excited about it.
